Orders via website for delivery via Courier

• Courier for frozen goods only applicable to England and Wales mainland. We don’t ship frozen goods to Scotland. 
• Minimum order 6Kg, boxes which are not full will quickly defrost
• Despatch is via 24/48 hour courier Tuesdays & Wednesdays only, please be aware our couriers are under instruction to ‘leave in safe place’ if no one is at home and will not re-arrange delivery for another day, if delivery is re-arranged we take no responsibility for the condition of the products
• You can add further non-raw items from the website to your order, but this does not count towards your 6Kg minimum weight but does increase the weight of your order and may increase the courier cost. If you want to add further items it may be best to just give us a call so we can discuss 
• Delivery costs for frozen foods start at £7.50
• Please note: There are brands/items we choose not to ship via courier, these are Natural Instinct and the odd item which is either too bulky or on short supply, the relevant product pages will supply this information if applicable. If you have such an item in your basket the only shipping option you will be offered will be click & collect.
