Delivery Info

For Local deliveries, order via our website, delivered by us!

• Delivery for frozen goods only, delivered within a 16 miles radius from the shop. (See picture below) Non frozen items can be delivered by speaking to a member of the team.
• Local deliveries will be delivered either same day or next day, depending the time the order comes through or staffing.
• Orders placed up to 3pm, we will endeavor to deliver same day. Please supply a telephone number for confirmation. Orders placed after will be delivered the next day.
• We will inform you around the time we will be delivering. If no one is home, we will leave your order in a safe place. Once delivered it will no longer be our responsibility.
• Please note we do not deliver on Bank Holidays. 
• Delivery costs for frozen foods are as follows:
  • Local Delivery cost is £10.
• Please leave a contact number so we can inform you when we will be delivering.
• Please note: There are brands/items we choose not to ship items which are  on short supply, the relevant product pages will supply this information if applicable. If you have such an item in your basket the only shipping option you will be offered will be click & collect.
