Delivery Info

Orders via website for delivery via Courier -DPD Eco Delivery PRE 12 - Next Day - Frozen 

• Delivery for frozen goods only applicable to England and Wales mainland. We don’t ship frozen goods to Scotland. 
• Delivery is via  DPD Eco Delivery PRE 12 - Next Day - Frozen.
• Orders can be placed up to 1pm the day before, for next day delivery, Tuesday to Friday. Advanced orders are welcome. 
• Please be aware our couriers are under instruction to ‘leave in safe place’ if no one is at home and will not re-arrange delivery for another day. We can not take responsibility for the condition of the products once in the hands of our courier.
• Once the delivery leaves us, our couriers are in control of your parcel and reserve the right to deliver within 48 hours in busier times. 
• Please note our couriers do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays. 
• Delivery costs for frozen foods are as follows:
• Tuesday to Friday- 20kg and under will be £10.00, 20.1kg and higher will be £20.
• Saturday - 20kg and under will be £15.00, 20.1kg and higher will be £25.
• Please note: There are brands/items we choose not to ship items which are either too bulky or on short supply, the relevant product pages will supply this information if applicable. If you have such an item in your basket the only shipping option you will be offered will be click & collect.

*Extra charge for Friday orders to be delivered on Saturday, otherwise it will be delivered on Tuesday.
